While the world has been focused on academic achievement in childhood, emotional self-regulation has been largely ignored. This is a poor strategy, given that research suggests emotional intelligence is twice as strong a predictor as IQ of later success. Emotion coaching aims at fostering emotional intelligence in young minds.

Most of the parents have a common list of complaints that they wish could be fixed in a jiffy. She is rude to other kids at the park; he throws tantrums and is unapologetically angry often; She is not polite to a peer at school. And the list can go on. Well as a mother myself, I have my own complaints as well. But the only fix is Emotion Coaching. Emotion coaching is the key to raising happy, healthy, resilient, and well-adjusted children.

I work with children ranging from 8-20 years. I help them with everyday obstacles, work through them, and transform themselves, so they can live their best life. I use different coaching methods and strategies to offer support to my clients. I get to know the person, their likes, and dislikes so we can come up with action steps that they will follow through with. I also ensure to reach the children by breaking down the action steps into byte-size doables, to ensure they are age-appropriate. I make reaching that goal fun and exciting, instead of it being like another task to them.

Habits are powerful. A life filled with healthy habits is a successful life. But forming new habits is hard, and breaking bad habits is harder.While some people can read a book, implement the advice, and change their lives, most people need something more. This is why I am here. I work with early adults (20-34 years), to help them manage the hindering mindset, beliefs & behavior that get into the way of change. 

Actions of confidence come first, and feelings of confidence come later. And I am here to help you build an action plan. With the combination of coaching models and psychological techniques, you will have an experiential and evidence-based form of behavioral coaching. It’s not just talking about your problems and feelings. The idea is you and I work together as a team, to start building the life YOU want to live.

What will work for a person with a particular living situation and set of likes and dislikes will not work for someone else who differs substantively in these areas.
